With more than 25 years of experience advising governments, multinational organizations, foundations, and major institutions, Andrew has built his career around one central belief: sustainable growth must create opportunity, dignity, and resilience for people as well as organizations.

His leadership spans Infrastructure, Human Dignity, Inclusive Governance, Gender Equality & Empowerment, and Environment & Climate Action. He is particularly recognized for helping organizations translate ambitious social and sustainability commitments into practical strategies, investments, and measurable outcomes.

Andrew is passionate about developing diverse leadership teams and building organizations capable of navigating complex global challenges.
